Job summary

Lamb Personnel Ltd is seeking an Employee Relations / HR Advisor on a 6-month contract, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, on a hybrid basis. The role provides proactive HR policy guidance and handles employee relations cases to support HR Partners and payroll reconciliation.

You will update HR policies, analyse workforce data, and act as a positive role model aligned with the company's values. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience is required, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or demonstrable equivalent HR experience.
• Experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and payroll processes.
• Ability to analyse workforce metrics and trends.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Partners to deliver people initiatives and line manager capability.
• Analyse data to identify trends and address issues with colleagues.
• Coordinate updates to HR policies and ensure consistent application.
• Manage own case load with accurate, auditable documentation.
• Reconcile monthly payroll data and resolve payroll queries.
