Leigh Academies Trust, overseeing 33 academies across Kent, Medway and SE London, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor. You will advise Principals and managers on people matters, supported by a People Partner, with hybrid working and LAT benefits such as the LGPS and 24/7 GP access.

The role focuses on casework, policy application, and ensuring fair treatment across academies, helping leaders resolve issues early and with consistency.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations matters.
• Clear written communication and calm, fair handling of difficult conversations.

Responsabilités

• Advise Principals and line managers on people matters, including flexible working and family leave.
• Handle employee relations cases with coaching guidance from a People Partner.
• Use attendance data to support leaders and assist restructures and TUPE transfers.
