Great Schools Trust is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People function. This hybrid role involves regular visits across Trust academies, providing practical HR advice to school leaders and managing complex employee relations matters in line with employment law and Trust values.

You will work closely with the Director of HR and central teams to strengthen people management practices, embrace technology, and deliver a proactive HR service across the Trust.
