As a Housing Leadership Team member you will lead Landlord Services, manage budgets, drive improvements, and enable residents to influence services.

Qualifikationen

• Significant housing management experience at management level.
• Proven track record of improving housing services, managing performance and budgets.
• Experience working with tenants’ groups, councillors, external agencies and partners.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop policy and procedures.
• Collaborative leadership style with commitment to equality and diversity.

• Lead and develop Landlord Services, setting clear priorities and delivering responsive, value-for-money services.
• As a Housing Leadership Team member, lead managers and teams and drive continuous improvement.
