You will apply knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management to support residents, including vulnerable groups, and handle challenging situations with tact. IT skills and Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in social housing within a local authority or RSL.
• Good knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy conditions and housing management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with experience advising residents.
• Ability to manage workloads and handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Good IT skills and a relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage tenancies and estates, including routine visits and tenancy issues.
• Investigate anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, taking appropriate action.
• Recover rent arrears and support residents with income and welfare advice.
• Provide advice and support to tenants, including vulnerable residents, and make referrals where needed.
• Prepare reports and legal documents and attend court or tenancy hearings when required.
