Triumph Consultants Ltd in Wembley is seeking a Housing Manager to support the Accommodation Service Manager in leading the allocation of accommodation secured in the Private Rented Sector. The role is 36 hours per week, hybrid, with a pay rate of £27.81 per hour PAYE.

You will manage a front line Housing Needs team, oversee performance, budgets, and ensure compliance with homelessness legislation and local housing supply issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front line Housing Needs team.
• Knowledge of homelessness legislation and policy.
• Good understanding of private rented sector housing.
• Experience handling complex enquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Housing Offers team to high performance.
• Allocate private rented and leased accommodation to resolve homelessness cases.
