Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Home Services Move Administrator to provide essential administrative support to families during their housing journey. You will be the first point of contact for charge-related enquiries, calculating and processing home service charges, managing payments, and guiding families on housing policies.

This full-time, hybrid role requires 2 days in the office at Aviation House, Speke, with hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role, ideally within housing, property management or relocation services.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Confident, courteous, and professional when dealing with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the dedicated email inbox for home services.
• Act as the first point of contact for service families, providing prompt and accurate email responses.
• Manage receipt and dispatch of postal mail related to Home Services.
• Calculate, process and communicate charges for home services to families.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate garages and other occupancy requests; add comprehensive notes to systems.
