Job summary

Turning Point is seeking a High Intensity CBT Therapist for the Wakefield Talking Therapies service. The role combines service-based work with home working, requiring a willingness to work across the community and undertake outreach shifts.

Interviews will be face to face in Wakefield with no remote option for the opening stage. The successful candidate will be accredited or eligible for accreditation, with dual EMDR training highly desirable and opportunities for ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Accredited or eligible for accreditation as a High Intensity CBT Therapist
• Dual training in EMDR desirable
• Experience in delivering high-intensity CBT in a community or NHS-like service

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and work towards service and individual targets
• Engage in regular CPD and career development opportunities
• Work on outreach and rota basis across the community, including evenings and weekends
