Job summary

Everyturn Mental Health is recruiting a Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Talking Therapies service. This hybrid role offers 30 to 37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts across service hours (8am–8pm, late once weekly).

The PWP will perform disorder-specific assessments and provide Low Intensity CBT across telephone and online delivery. We value ongoing CPD, career development, and supportive supervision as part of joining our evolving NHS

Qualifications

• Holds a PG or UG certificate in Low Intensity Interventions from a recognised training provider.
• Holds PWP Registration (or working towards) with BABCP or BPS.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality disorder specific assessments and Low Intensity CBT interventions.
• Able to demonstrate good therapeutic relationships and undertake thorough risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide disorder-specific assessments and evidence-based Low Intensity CBT interventions.
• Deliver treatments including telephone and online delivery, CBT programmes, psycho-educational groups and one-to-one work.
• Maintain high-volume workload with effective prioritisation and delivery of objectives.
