Job summary

Turning Point's Total Wellbeing Luton is recruiting a High Intensity Person Centred Experiential Counsellor to join NHS Talking Therapies. You will manage your own caseload and access supervision and dedicated CPD.

The role offers masterclasses and opportunities to train in additional modalities, with weekend/evening work for client access. The service operates across sites and home working, with a £1,200 joining bonus and generous holiday entitlements.

Qualifications

• Counselling qualification and IAPT Depressions CBT training completed.
• Accredited with BACP and substantial mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload providing evidence-based treatments.
• Receive in-house clinical supervision and training with accredited supervisors.
• Attend masterclasses to upskill and plan CPD and clinical development.
• Collaborate to support health & wellbeing initiatives and referrals.
• Offer flexible hours including weekends/evenings when needed.
