Flockstone Group is seeking a Head of Operations to drive the operational performance of its acquired businesses. You will lead post-acquisition integration with on-site work, develop 90-day plans, and collaborate with the CEO, CFO and sales leadership to boost profitability and cash generation while preserving culture and relationships.

• Hands-on approach to field operations and stock/purchasing issues.

Mansioni

• Take day-to-day operational responsibility for Group businesses.
• Create and deliver 30/60/90-day post-acquisition plans.
• Spend time on-site with new acquisitions to understand people, customers and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve margin, costs, productivity, stock management, purchasing, sales performance and working capital.
• Work with CFO to translate financials into actionable operations improvements.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales to improve sales systems, processes, and pipelines across the Group.
• Establish consistent CRM, account management, quoting, pipeline management and customer retention processes.
• Ensure sales teams have systems and support to perform.
• Use data to identify losses and address them with the Head of Sales.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear actions.
• Improve processes with local teams without bureaucracy.
• Set sensible KPIs and ensure actions are completed.
• Integrate Group systems and best practices where beneficial.
• Support and develop managers and employees across the Group.
• Identify early problems and inform the CEO when things aren’t working.
• Support the CEO in delivering wider strategy and Group development.
