Fera Science is seeking an Integration Manager to lead post-acquisition integration across multiple acquisitions within a growing corporate development function. You will design integration plans, run the integration management office, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams with senior leaders and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading post-acquisition integration in multi-acquisition environments.
• Strong programme and project management skills with cross-functional governance experience.
• Experience developing and tracking synergy plans and integration budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-acquisition integration planning and delivery from pre-completion through Day 1 and beyond.
• Establish and run the integration management office with governance and reporting cadence.
• Set up and manage cross-functional integration workstreams across finance, HR, IT, operations, and legal.
