Job summary

Goodlord in London is seeking a Partnerships & Analytics professional to own commercial opportunities and growth initiatives. You will drive partner conversion, build real-time dashboards and forecasting models, and design targeted propositions for tenant groups.

This role collaborates closely with Finance, Product and Commercial teams in a hybrid setup. You’ll need an entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder management, and fluency with Excel/Sheets; experience with AI tools is

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, partnerships, analytics or growth focused role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with track record of spotting and pursuing commercial opportunities.
• Comfort building models and dashboards and translating data into business narrative.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Natural relationship builder with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a proven record of driving actions to completion.
• Confident using AI tools in everyday workflow.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement projects to lift partner conversion across data enrichment, leads management, product suitability and marketing across the tenant journey.
• Own flow of performance data from partners; build dashboards and run performance meetings.
• Build forecasting models and trend analyses; work with Finance to reconcile reporting, accruals and receipts.
• Design and launch propositions for underserved tenant groups as a strategic priority.
• Own the commercial relationship with smaller partners and incubate new multi-million partnerships.
• Capture tenant/landlord feedback to improve moving journeys and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Finance, Product and Commercial teams cross-functionally.
