Job summary

TECHNE is seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Consultant to join its fast-growing team in the UK. You’ll glue together our Business Development, Client Services and Marketing operations, with opportunities to develop skills across sales operations, content creation and client delivery.

You’ll partner with the Co-Founders and Head of Marketing, helping execute tasks, deliver marketing outputs, and keep clients informed with clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience wearing multiple hats and staying organised.
• Strong written communication with ability to turn detail into client-ready content.
• Genuine interest in marketing, sales operations or client services; curiosity about AI tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good prioritisation.
• Growth mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Work with Co-Founders to support operational tasks across the sales team and client services.
• Partner with Head of Marketing on hands-on marketing delivery, from podcast editing to social content.
• Embed AI strategy through regular client reports and progress updates.
• Collaborate with Delivery to ensure sales bandwidth meets client demand.
• Translate delivery outputs into clear client-ready content and reporting.
