Job summary

Kenton Black Limited, based near Poole, seeks a Group Financial Controller to lead financial operations across a growing manufacturer. You will drive robust controls, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and act as a trusted partner to the Finance Director to enable strategic decision making.

You will manage a small finance team, oversee month-end, year-end, VAT and audit activity, and push continuous improvements across processes and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Senior Financial Controller experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA (QBE considered).
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and ERP project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts and month-end close with audit support.
• Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting to group level.
• Provide commercial insight and cost control across multi-site operations.
• Develop and coach the Accounts Assistant and finance system improvements.
