You will partner with operations to provide financial analysis, support informed business decisions and help develop the finance function across the organisation. This role requires strong senior finance experience and proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior finance role such as Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
• Strong management accounting knowledge, including month-end and year-end processes.
• Experience leading a small finance team with a collaborative style.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly with non-finance colleagues.
• Proactive and organised with ownership while staying close to the detail.

• Prepare monthly and annual management accounts with timely financial reporting.
