Leading a small team, you will drive management reporting, financial controls, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic financial insight and robust processes. A fully qualified accountant with strong business partnering is essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or approaching full qualification.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical mindset.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Line manage 2 Accounts Assistants; oversee AP/AR, training and mentoring.
• Prepare management accounts pack with commentary and analysis.
• Lead year end and audit process; primary contact for external auditors.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Review and improve systems and processes to ensure robust controls.
• Partner with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insight.
