AECOM in London invites ambitious Civil & Structural Engineering graduates to join our Bridges and Structures team. You will contribute from concept design to implementation on projects that may be local, national or international, developing your skills on real critical infrastructure.

The Graduate Development Programme offers mentoring, on‑the‑job technical training, and support toward chartership with ICE or IStructE, with hybrid working and opportunities across our global projects.

Qualifications

• BEng or higher in Civil/Structural Eng with 2:1 or above
• Interest in Bridge Structures and chartership
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Use software for bridge design, assessment and analysis
• Contribute to design from inception to completion
• Manage resources and tasks within a scheme
• Collaborate across teams on global projects
