Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience within Service Engineering, Technical Support, Field Service, Maintenance, Commissioning, or Operational Engineering environments supporting complex industrial equipment.
• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills across electrical, control and instrumentation, mechanical, process, automation, or marine systems.
• Proven ability to manage technical issues from investigation through to successful resolution.
• Experience working directly with customers, operators, or end users and building effective working relationships.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering high levels of technical and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers across a portfolio of vessels and operators.
• Investigating and resolving complex engineering issues across electrical, control and instrumentation, mechanical, process, and marine systems.
• Managing technical enquiries, service requests, and warranty cases from diagnosis through to resolution.
• Monitoring fleet performance, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with engineering, project, field service, and product teams to drive continuous improvement and support future product development.
