Job summary

KINGSPLAN? Kingspan Light, Air + Water in Havant, UK is seeking a Data Centre Project Coordinator to support delivery of high-profile international projects in a hybrid role.

You will collaborate with engineering, commercial, procurement, commissioning and operations teams to keep projects on track. The role focuses on scheduling, risk management, stakeholder updates and effective handover documentation across multiple sites and regions.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Previous experience in a project coordination, project management or project support role
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and project reporting skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to travel when required
• Experience leading or coordinating project teams
• Experience supporting projects across multiple sites or international regions
• Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, mechanical or electrical systems
• Experience using MS Project, Power BI, Salesforce or similar project management/reporting platforms
• Customer-facing, commercial or account management experience
• Additional language skills, particularly German, French or Nordic languages

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks and dependencies
• Support communication between internal teams, customers and project partners
• Coordinate project meetings, document actions and drive follow-up activities
• Support procurement processes, supplier engagement and equipment deliveries
• Manage project and opportunity data within Salesforce
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for leadership teams
• Assist with project handovers, commissioning records and project close-out documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice project management processes
