Job summary

Capstone Property Recruitment is recruiting a Project Manager for data centre developments with a strong utilities/power background. The role focuses on both front-end development and delivery of utilities infrastructure, including grid connections and HV/LV systems, across mission-critical data centre schemes in London.

The position requires experience in utilities and energy infrastructure, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate across pre-construction and delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in utilities, power, or energy infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of grid connections, substations, and HV/LV systems.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or data centre projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utilities infrastructure packages across data centre schemes.
• Coordinate with utility providers, DNOs/TSOs, and local authorities.
• Develop and manage utilities strategies including grid connection and phasing.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and risks with focus on critical power milestones.
• Ensure health, safety, regulatory, and environmental standards compliance.
