Job summary

Kingspan Light, Air + Water is seeking a Data Centre Project Coordinator to support delivery of high-profile international projects. You will liaise with engineering, commercial, procurement and operations teams to keep projects on schedule and manage risks.

The role involves coordinating meetings, tracking milestones, supporting procurement, and maintaining project data in Salesforce. Strong Excel and reporting skills, plus travel flexibility, are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in a project coordination, project management or project support role.
• Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and project reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, customers and project partners.
• Schedule meetings, document actions and drive follow-up.
• Support procurement processes, supplier engagement and equipment deliveries.
• Manage project data in Salesforce and generate reports for leadership.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for leadership teams.
• Assist with handovers, commissioning records and close-out docs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice processes.
