Job summary

RES, the world's largest independent renewable energy company, invites graduates to join the Global Graduate Programme in a hybrid role based at Kings Langley. Starting in September 2027, the two-year development programme offers three rotations across Data Modelling, Analytics and AI.

You'll work on real projects, build technical capability with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and AI tooling, and rotate through teams to gain broad commercial understanding of renewables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related field with strong academic performance.
• Minimum 2:1 classification and interest in renewable energy.
• Completion expected Summer 2027.
• Demonstrate data-driven project work.

Responsibilities

• Design data models and semantic models in Power BI.
• Deliver analytics, reports and self-serve datasets.
• Support AI and GenAI use cases in projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across domains.
• Own defined analytics or data-modelling projects.
