Renewable Energy Systems Ltd is offering a Global Graduate Programme starting September 2027 in a hybrid role with four days in the Kings Langley office. This is a hybrid role with 4 days per week spent in the Kings Langley office in Hertfordshire.
The RES Global Graduate Programme is a two-year development programme designed to provide graduates with meaningful work experience, professional development and exposure to different areas of the renewable energy industry.
Starting in September 2027, over the course of the programme, graduates will complete three rotations of approximately eight months each across different areas. Each rotation is designed to build technical capability, commercial awareness and leadership potential while helping graduates develop a broad understanding of RES and the renewable energy industry.
Graduates will work on real projects, collaborate with experienced colleagues and be encouraged to take ownership of their development while making meaningful contributions to the business. Through a combination of structured learning, practical experience and professional development opportunities, graduates will build the skills and experience needed for a successful long-term career at RES.

Expected to have completed in the last 2 years, or be on track to complete in Summer 2027, a bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong academic performance (minimum 2:1 classification) and a genuine interest in the renewable energy industry.
