Job summary

RES invites graduates to join a two-year Global Graduate Programme in the Kings Langley area. You will rotate through UK&I Commercial, UK&I Development and EMEA Commercial, gaining hands-on experience in financial modelling, market analysis and deal negotiation.

You'll work on real projects, learn from experienced colleagues and develop leadership potential while contributing to the transition to affordable, zero-carbon energy.

Qualifications

• Recently completed or on track to complete a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Strong academic performance (2:1 classification or equivalent preferred) and commercial curiosity in renewables.
• A master's degree is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of financial models for renewable energy projects and assets.
• Assist with market, competitor and commercial analysis to inform decisions.
• Contribute to investment memorandums and review of commercial agreements across rotations.
• Collaborate with Development, Construction, Operations and Asset Management teams.
