Job summary

Confidential in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fundraising & Supporter Care Coordinator to provide administrative, operational and supporter care support across a range of fundraising activities. This hybrid role requires a presence in Rugby at least two days a week and offers a chance to shape and grow the fundraising function.

You will process donations and sponsorship income, act as a main contact for community fundraisers, assist with events, and provide lottery administration support.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, fundraising, supporter care or customer-facing role.
• Experience maintaining databases and records accurately.
• Experience producing written communications and correspondence.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across all fundraising income streams.
• Process donations, sponsorship income and fundraising proceeds accurately and efficiently.
• Act as a key contact for community fundraisers and supporters and groups.
• Support the planning, coordination and administration of fundraising events.
• Provide administrative support for lottery activities.
