Job summary

Gresham College is recruiting a Supporter Engagement Coordinator to deliver high-quality donor care, coordinate events, and manage communications. You will ensure accurate CRM data in Beacon and support the team across engagement activities.

The role requires strong customer service, event coordination experience, and a flexible attitude to occasional evening duties. Hybrid work pattern based in Holborn, London, with university pension involvement.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and ability to handle enquiries with empathy.
• Experience with CRM systems, data entry, segmentation and reporting.
• Experience planning and delivering events including logistics and AV coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and manage communications with supporters.
• Ensure CRM data is up to date and accurate.
• Support evening lectures and related activities as Duty Manager.
