GAIA Recruitment Limited is seeking a Functional Assessor to join the HAAS service in a hybrid role in the Guildford area. The position offers part-time hours (3–4 days) with full-time training period and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic (PIP only).
• Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals' daily activities.
• Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making.
