Job summary

A healthcare organization is in search of a Functional Assessor to conduct hybrid consultations and evaluate cases for Personal Independence Payments or Work Capability Assessments. This role offers a competitive starting salary between £39,500 and £41,500 along with annual salary reviews, professional development training, and numerous employee benefits including annual leave and sick pay. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months of postregistration experience in a relevant field and full registration with a professional body.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months post-registration experience in nursing, paramedics, physiotherapy, pharmacy or occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA).
• Assess complex conditions and impairments.
• Write accurate assessment reports using a specialized IT system.

Full registration with NMC, HCPC or GPC
