Job summary

Maxwell Bond in Glasgow is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to join its growing commercial team. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building your own pipeline with cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.

You will engage with decision-makers to understand their learning and development needs and develop existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling, taking ownership of your territory and results.

Qualifications

• 12+ months' B2B sales experience.
• Ambitious and target-driven mindset.
• Wants to progress into a full-cycle salesperson.
• Interest in selling digital learning and e-learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to close.
• Build your pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
• Speak with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their learning and development needs.
• Develop existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling.
• Take ownership of your territory, pipeline and results.
