Job summary

Capgemini in Bristol is seeking a Fuel Systems Integrator to lead and support fuel system development for commercial aircraft. The role involves sustaining and new design, production support, aircraft modification, and service difficulty response.

You will work with suppliers and internal stakeholders, perform root cause analyses, and prepare technical assessments and certification documents. Hybrid working with occasional client travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience integrating fuel system development (3-6 years).
• Knowledge of civil airworthiness FAR Part 25 regulations and FAA/EASA/TCCA certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review component qualification documentation (Spec, ATP, QTP, QSR, QTR, etc).
• Manage tasks with supplier and internal client stakeholders.
• Root cause and safety analysis on in service issues.
• Prepare and define Technical Requirement Documents and Engineering Technical Assessments.
• Evaluate vendor technical proposals and internal Program Change Requests.
• Review and approve vendor requirement specifications and design/substantiation documentation.
• Support aircraft test programs.
• Prepare technical reports to show compliance to certification requirements.
• Support in-service aircraft by creating and reviewing engineering modification packages.
