Capgemini is seeking a Fuel Systems Integrator to lead and support fuel system design developments for commercial aircraft. You will coordinate sustaining and new development activities, production support, and aircraft modification work, in a hybrid Bristol-based arrangement.

Ideal candidates hold an Aerospace or Mechanical degree with 3–6 years of fuel system integration experience, familiar with FAR Part 25 and related cert guidance, and skilled in root-cause analysis and coordination with

Formación

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering.
• 3–6 years experience in fuel system development and integration.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 25 and related certification guidance (TCCA, EASA, FAA).
• Familiar with documenting Root Cause and Immediate Failure Effect in PRs.
• Familiar with Service Bulletins and their technical content.
• Capable to manage tasks with suppliers and client stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review component qualification documentation (Spec, ATP, QTP, QSR, QTR, etc).
• Manage tasks directly with supplier and internal client stakeholders.
• Run root cause and safety analyses on in-service issues.
• Prepare and define Technical Requirement Documents and Engineering Technical Assessments.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and internal Program Change Requests.
• Review and approve vendor requirement specifications, design/substantiation documentation.
• Support aircraft test programs.
• Prepare technical reports to show compliance to applicable certification requirements.
• Support in-service aircraft by creating and reviewing engineering modification packages, and Service Bulletin development.
