Job summary

Gravitee is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own a tiered portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale. You’ll guide customers from on-boarding to production, deliver strategic roadmaps, and drive value realization with a focus on API, event streams, and AI network governance.

Expect quarterly business reviews, architecture guidance, and cross-team collaboration to grow and retain high-value customers.

Qualifications

• French-speaking is a must-have for client-facing work.
• A customer-facing technical role at a SaaS or infrastructure vendor with post-sales responsibilities.
• Experience managing a book of enterprise accounts with prioritisation skills.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, integration, and cloud-native platforms, with hands-on Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of API security and IAM (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SSO).
• Exceptional engineer-to-executive communication and advisory relationships.
• Ability to scope engagements, manage kickoffs, and travel 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Onboard to Production: guide customers from signature to production in under six months with guidance from onboarding teams.
• Run aTiered Portfolio: manage a book of enterprise accounts and route work to the right team.
• Own the Advisory Rhythm: deliver QBRs, release briefings, and technical roadmaps.
• Growth & Retention: spot expansion signals and protect retention across your book.
• Customer Advocacy: capture feedback and align it with product and engineering.
• Field Contribution: create demos, assets, and enablement content.
• Values Advocacy: live Gravitee values in customer interactions and outcomes.
