Job summary

Gravitee in the United Kingdom seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to own post-sales success for enterprise accounts across APIs, event streams, and AI networks. You’ll help customers move to production swiftly, guiding architecture, and driving adoption of Gravitee’s platform.

Ideal candidates excel in vendor-side, portfolio management, and executive communication, with hands-on Docker/Kubernetes and API security know-how. French-speaking is required; some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role in SaaS or infrastructure vendor (TAM, post-sales SA/PS).
• Experience managing a book of enterprise accounts with prioritisation.
• Deep API, integration, and cloud-native platforms knowledge; hands-on Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers to production in under six months with guidance.
• Manage a tiered portfolio and route work where appropriate.
• Lead QBRs, briefings, and technical roadmaps to realise ROI.
