Job summary

White Horse Employment Ltd. is seeking an FP&A Business Partner to work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight and supporting key decisions to drive performance.

You will balance hands-on analysis, budgeting and forecasting with meaningful business partnering, translating data into clear insights for non-finance audiences to influence strategy.

Work location: Hybrid remote in Yeovil, offering exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or commercially focused finance roles.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis skills.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to analyse performance and provide commentary.
• Support the preparation and delivery of budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
