IPS Group Limited in Keighley, UK, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for a 9-month contract. The role blends hands-on financial analysis with business partnering, financial modelling and the development of reporting processes in a hybrid setup (2 days in the office).

You will partner with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders to deliver high‑quality management information, budgeting, forecasting and strategic insights to support planning, regulatory needs and decision making.

Formación

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with extensive FP&A or financial partnering experience.
• Strong modelling, forecasting and Excel skills.
• Experience producing senior management information and analysing complex financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MI production for executive, board and committees.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, modelling, scenario analysis and stress testing.
• Provide financial and prudential analysis on capital, liquidity, profitability.
• Analyse data to identify performance trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop KPI reporting and automated reporting processes to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Risk and other teams to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Provide commercial insight to improve financial performance and support business objectives.
