You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive profitability, performance insights and strategic planning.

The role requires a fully qualified accountant with strong FP&A, forecasting, budgeting and modelling skills. Hybrid working in Hatfield is offered, with a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A role.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning activities.
• Develop management reporting and financial commentary with actionable recommendations.
• Create financial models and analysis for projects and investments.
• Lead performance reviews and present results to senior leadership.
