Job summary

Aster Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the Group’s long-term financial planning and scenario modelling. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver robust financial information for strategic decisions, regulatory requests, and treasury needs while driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes.

The role is hybrid with home-based work and mandatory visit to Wareham office twice a month; strong finance acumen and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in long-term financial planning and scenario modelling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the Group’s annual financial plan and updates.
• Coordinate collection and consolidation of planning information across the Group.
• Support production of presentations and reports for Executives and Board meetings.
• Prepare the annual Financial Forecast Return (FFR) and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business cases.
• Produce scenario analyses, stress testing and mitigation assessments for decisions.
