Job summary

Immersive Labs is hiring a driven FP&A Analyst to join the UK team on a hybrid basis, with one day per week in our Bristol HQ. You will own financial forecasting, reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive performance and growth.

The role requires strong Excel and financial modelling skills, plus experience with FP&A systems. You’ll work on annual budgeting, variance analysis, and building scalable planning processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• CIMA fully qualified accountant or ACA/ACCA with FP&A experience considered.
• Excellent communication to partner with colleagues outside finance.
• Self-starter with autonomy and initiative.
• Hands-on in multi-priority environment.
• Budgeting and forecasting with variance analysis knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and logical multitasking ability.
• Excel skills and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance indicators and analyze variances.
• Produce ARR, cost and metric reports with actionable insights.
• Own planning areas and stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with annual budget process.
• Maintain workforce costs, forecasts and analysis.
• Document and improve FP&A processes.
