Job summary

Association for Project Management (APM) is seeking a Finance Business Manager to lead and coordinate financial reporting, planning, forecasting and statutory/tax reporting. The role includes audit preparation, finance controls and finance business partnering with senior stakeholders.

Based in a hybrid setup with home-based and Princes Risborough, the role reports to the Head of Finance and oversees a small team managing FP&A and management accounts. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Managerial experience in finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the organisation’s financial reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Prepare statutory and VAT reporting and assist with audits.
• Provide finance business partnering to senior management and boards.
