Job summary

Elemis is hiring an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and commercial insight. You will own the integrated three-statement model, drive long-range planning, and partner with the business to improve profitability.

The role reports to the Head of FP&A and sits in a hybrid Bristol office setup. The ideal candidate will have a professional accountancy qualification and strong experience in financial modelling, business partnering and performance analysis.

Qualifications

Professional accountancy qualification is required.
Experience building driver-based, long-range financial models.
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Proven stakeholder management and business partnering.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with Anaplan is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead long-range strategic planning and drive driver-based scenarios.
Own an integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow model; align with Group standards.
Oversee annual budget and rolling forecast cycles with challenging assumptions.
Act as a trusted business partner, delivering performance insights for decisions.
Develop revenue and margin frameworks with value drivers and analysis.
Refine rolling cash forecast and working capital management.
Own Anaplan product ownership and drive adoption and automation.
Deliver monthly performance reporting with insights and actionable recommendations.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support the business.
