Job summary

Lightfoot is seeking a Customer Technical Support Associate to manage service calls, installs and removals for fleet accounts across the UK and Europe. The role covers portal administration, customer self-serve guidance and timely issue resolution, with case ownership and compliant data handling.

Based in Exeter in a hybrid setup (two office days weekly), you will own day-to-day case management, coordinate with engineers and users of our Lightfoot portal, and ensure accurate, proactive

Qualifications

• Experience in customer operations support or service desk environments.
• Ability to navigate and update customer portals and case management systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for service calls, installations and removals across fleet accounts.
• Manage portal administration, fleet setup changes and customer guidance.
• Log and route inquiries via Salesforce, maintain accurate case records and reporting.
• Coordinate with engineers and external partners for on-site work and scheduling.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
