Job summary

Financial Divisions is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a leading independent wealth management business in London. You will support a top adviser, handling complex high net worth portfolios and delivering a high-calibre client journey.

Your role focuses on LOAs, pension transfers, investments, and comprehensive back-office support. You will contribute to client reviews, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration with platforms and providers.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IFA Administrator or similar role in financial planning.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to support complex client cases and high net worth portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage Letters of Authority (LOAs) and provider correspondence.
• Handle pension transfers, investment transactions and fund switches.
• Prepare illustrations, valuations and client documents.
• Support client meetings and annual reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems.
• Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties.
• Provide technical administration across pensions, investments and tax planning.
