Confidential, an Independent Financial Advice firm in North West London, seeks an experienced Financial Administrator to join its friendly, supportive team. You will provide essential administrative support to the advisory team, ensuring clients receive an efficient, professional and high-quality service throughout the financial planning process.

The role offers hybrid working with opportunities for ongoing training, career progression within financial planning, and potential to progress towards

Qualifications

• Previous experience within financial services administration.
• Experience as a Financial Administrator, IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator.
• Ideally, experience dealing with pensions, investments and/or protection.
• Understanding of financial planning processes and FCA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
• Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation
• Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
• Preparing client review packs and supporting annual review meetings
• Monitoring business pipelines and following up outstanding requirements
• Obtaining policy information and chasing outstanding documentation
• Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with day-to-day administration
• Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA and compliance requirements
