The London Clinic seeks a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight across pricing, insurer contracts, and joint ventures, reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance. You will assess commercial proposals, explain risks and opportunities, and support strategic decisions that strengthen hospital performance.

You'll manage management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for commercial and operational departments, partnering with budget holders to understand performance and plan ahead.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with strong commercial judgement.
• Strong Excel modelling skills and understanding of the revenue cycle.
• Comfort dealing with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication and collaboration across departments.

Aufgaben

• Support pricing reviews, insurer negotiations, and tenders through financial analysis.
• Lead pricing for new procedures and services.
• Evaluate commercial opportunities, new services and business cases.
• Analyse joint venture performance and suggest improvements.
• Partner with budget holders on forecasts, variances and cost saving opportunities.
• Deliver clear management reporting and explain variances and risks.
• Develop dashboards and reporting processes to improve insight and decision making.
