Job summary

Inclusive Consulting is seeking a Lead Commercial Finance Business Partner to shape pricing strategy and profitability across international markets. You will partner with senior leaders to develop commercially competitive pricing solutions and influence strategic decisions.

The role requires strong pricing experience and financial modelling, with the opportunity to drive consistency and governance across Europe and the Americas in a transformative environment.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on pricing experience within professional services, legal services or a large corporate environment.
• Proven experience developing and implementing pricing strategies and complex pricing models.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills to translate data into commercially-focused recommendations.
• Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of commercial pricing strategies for clients, projects and services.
• Provide commercial advice on pricing decisions, fee structures and profitability to senior stakeholders.
• Develop pricing models and scenario analyses, including alternative fee arrangements and discounts.
• Support major tenders, pitches and contract negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Drive consistency in pricing methodologies and governance across international markets.
• Analyze pricing performance and margins to identify opportunities and develop pricing tools and reporting.
