Job summary

The London Clinic is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Commercial Finance team. You will provide financial insight on pricing, insurer contracts, joint ventures and new services, and support budgeting and forecasting for commercial and operational departments.

The role is hybrid, with three days onsite and 37.5 hours per week. You will develop financial models, dashboards and reporting processes, challenge assumptions with stakeholders, and help budget holders plan ahead to improve

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification is required.
• Strong Excel modelling skills.
• Understanding of financial processes and revenue cycle.
• Ability to evaluate commercial options and provide recommendations.
• Confidence to work with senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
• Clear communication to colleagues outside Finance.
• Collaborative approach with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insight across pricing, insurer contracts, joint ventures and new services.
• Assess commercial proposals, explain risks and opportunities, and support decisions that improve financial performance.
• Support annual price reviews, insurer contract negotiations and tenders through financial analysis and scenario modelling.
• Lead pricing for new procedures and services.
• Evaluate commercial opportunities, new services and business cases.
• Analyse joint venture performance and recommend improvements.
• Partner with departmental leaders on budgets, forecasts, financial performance and cost-saving opportunities.
• Deliver management reporting, explaining variances, risks and required actions.
• Develop financial models, dashboards and reporting processes to improve insight and decision making.
• Help budget holders understand performance, address variances and plan ahead.
