Job summary

Highland Residential is seeking a dedicated Factoring Officer to provide residential factoring and communal areas service to private owners, clients and residents’ committees. The role combines office, remote work, and site visits across the Highlands.

The ideal candidate has factoring or property management experience, a relevant qualification, and strong financial analysis skills. A hybrid working model and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience within factoring or property management roles and delivering excellent customer services.
• Appropriate professional factoring qualification or building related discipline, or willingness to undertake a relevant qualification.
• Good understanding of Scottish Factoring legislation including Code of Conduct for Factors.
• Knowledge of Written Statement of Service and Deed of Conditions; safety and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and analytic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential factoring and communal areas service to owners, clients, and residents’ committees.
• Deliver high-quality factoring and property management services in line with legislation and policies.
• Perform site visits across the Highlands as part of a hybrid role.
