Peace Recruitment is recruiting a Factoring Assistant for a housing association in Edinburgh on an initial 3-6 month contract, offering hybrid working and a £20 per hour rate. The role focuses on customer service and administration within the factoring team, with a preference for housing association experience but not essential for extensive factoring knowledge.

You'll gain exposure to property records, liaise with contractors, and support invoices, service requests, and correspondence.

Formación

• Experience in housing administration or customer service.
• Organised, with ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a factoring team.

Responsabilidades

• Responding to homeowners' enquiries by phone and email.
• Supporting the day-to-day administration of the factoring service.
• Maintaining accurate property and customer records.
• Liaising with colleagues and contractors over communal repairs and maintenance.
• Assisting with correspondence, invoices and account enquiries.
• Logging service requests and complaints, ensuring these are passed to the appropriate colleagues and followed up.
