Job summary

Uniphar is seeking an Expanded Access Program Coordinator to deliver operational support for Healthcare Professionals under the Expanded Access Programs. The role is hybrid with office presence on Mondays and Wednesdays at Stockley Park, and requires fluency in English plus at least one other European language.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and fluency in at least one additional European language are essential.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred; proficiency with ERP systems and CRM tools is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow comprehensive processes in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and triage enquiries from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) via program email inboxes and phones.
• Collaborate with Project Management to understand KPIs and deliverables for each program.
• Support prescribing physicians and pharmacists with general enquiries; escalate medical queries as needed.
• Ensure qualification processes comply with SOPs and GDP for HCPs and hospitals.
• Manage hospital and warehouse accounts and coordinate with Quality and Finance for setup and revalidations.
